No vessel shall operate in excess of 5 m.p.h. or produce a
wake while inside the harbor jetties.
The discharge of sewage or contaminant substances of any kind
into the bay is prohibited and strictly enforced.
S.C.U.B.A. or free diving is only allowed outside of the
marked channel. We highly recommend divers remain within 100 ft. of an
approved dive flag at all times.
No person shall operate any vessel or similar device while
intoxicated and/or in a reckless or negligent manner.
All vessels shall be currently registered and carry the specified
safety equipment in accordance with California Boating Law.
